Jetline Pineslopes - Rude Franchise owner

We used Jetline Pineslopes for all our printing needs for our office. The Franchise owner was so condescending and rude on a call to me sorting out an invoice that was addressed to another office. I had always dealt with Lucas, and he was extremely helpful. Ronald, the franchise manager needs to learn how to speak to his clients, because we will NEVER use them again.
