Unreliable

I'm not happy with the customer service, it's 10 days later, didn't receive a quotation for litho printing. Even gave them a call and Yolanda informed me that I will receive my quotation in the next day or 2, they just waiting for their factory to get back to them. Not professional and not reliable. When I called again they said as soon as they get pricing they will let me know, but not in a friendly manner. If you can't do a quotation or a printing service rather tell the customer.
