Worst and Slow service

<p>Hi my name is Sibusiso I want the following people to know that Im very angry and dissappinted in them and the Jey store in Jabulani Mall. I bought 2 Back To The City tickets and the ticket machine or printer was faulty as it did not print well because the barcodes on the tickets were not showing</p> <p>clearly.</p> <p> </p> <p>I did not check the tickets because Jet is a big storeI trust them. When I arrived at the concert I was told that my tickets were **** because the barcode and the ref number were showing. I had to buy 2 tickets again at the concert. I went to Jet Jabulani Mall to query this and het my money back and O met the Manager Sindi who initially sold me yhe tickets she remebered me which was easy for me. I exained and shw was willing to help as she sais she was gonna send an email the Back To The City Peopleand also ccme on that email. that did not happen and its been 3 weeks now and I havent heard nothing from her.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today I went to Jet Jabulani Mall agai and I met Tumelo who is the other Manager . Hw told me he was going to check those emails I sent and the emails Sindi send to to me apparently. i waited and hevame back with nothing, whilsy we were talking he said I must wait as he wants to help another customer. All I want is mymoney because Im noy at fault I bought tivkets at a big store and Im disaapointed by theservice...<
