Horrible service

I have been trying to do my SIM swap for about 6 months now with jet and rmcs, and they keep on giving me false hope and nothing but lies, can you admit that you cannot help and destroyed my number,it makes it easier for me to move on, they have sent me from pillar to post,I have made calls but no help,they have even blocked me,
