Not Honouring Fares

<p>Have little hope in this airline in terms of integrity. They had cheap tickets that were guaranteed fares - tickets were issued, money was taken off credit cards etc only to find out a day later that they cancelled all the confirmed, ticketed bookings. When asked if they will re-instate any of the bookings and honour the fares, they refused. A few years ago, there was a similar incident with Saudia and they honoured all of the fares.</p> <p>Jet Airways - you're not going to be going very far with the attitude that you currently have.</p>
