Jet Air Airconditioners(Sanchaba - PTA)
I bought an Jet Air air conditioner from Sanchaba in PTA(Dealer for Jet Air). After installation the fan don't want to turn and the installer opened the cover to see why and he found that the fan got stuck against the cover. I spoke to Danie and he was helpful but he transferred me to Louwrens who is an arrogant and rude guy. He told me we dropped the air con after we send him photos and said we lost our guarantee. It is the same you buy a new car and that air con did not work and when you open the bonnet you lost your guarantee and been told you need to look with your eyes at the bottom to see there is a problem. Please don't support these guys as their after service sucks

19 Jul 2022, 09:04Sometimes the customer that bought the air conditioners from us ends up using his own unqualified installer after we gave him the contact details of a qualified Jet air approved installer. The installer ends up making a mess and blames his mistakes on the air-conditioner brand. The customer unfortunately believes everything his installer tells him and contacts the aircon supplier very angry and with a wrong attitude. If I call my suppliers and start shouting at them and swearing at them, I will and up losing them as a supplier. There's a correct way to approach a supplier if you want help with a warranty. We at Sanchaba Trading ( Jet-air Pretoria ) are more than willing to assist all customers with any warranty claim or quality related problems, as long as they use qualified installers and the problem is caused by a factory fault and not caused by a wrong installation.
