PATHETIC SERVICE FROM JET-AIR

SERVICE!!!!! These guys won't help their customers! I've asked the Jhb branch for a specific remote control, asked them to send it to the Pretoria office (I will pay for the "sending") and they refuse!!!!!!!!!!!! The only answer I get is - come collect. It happened earlier in the year as well, they refuse!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The Pretoria branch service is pathetic - when you walk in, they sit talking to you - not even getting up!!!!! Aren't the people getting training for customer service?????????????????????
