Pathetic service

I bought an aircon for my son (1 year old), because he can't sleep when its hot.After a year of complaints about a noisy aircon, they came and took it down. After 3 appointments - all of then no show, without a phone call- to return a new unit...because the first one was faulty. And I am still waiting. This is the 3rd night, in a row that my son is struggling to sleep. To top it off he got a runny nose....because he sweats when he is sleeping!!!!Pathetic!!!!
