No after sales service whilst under guarantee and shocking replies on letters

Unfortunately bought an expensive Aircon from Jet Air. Still under guarantee. It works well in the cooling mode but not at all in heating mode. The sales Manager states: "Unit works perfectly well" and offers no assistance whilst knowing full well as informed by specialists in the field that the aircon is not working at all on heating. Will now have no option but to take them to Court.
