Bad Service

<p>I open an air-conditioner unit in January 2016 at Jet Air Cosmo City. I tested the unit and never used it, even during winter. A family member came to visit now in December and wanted to use the unit and discovered there was no cold air coming out, the controls are in place. I called Jet-Air Cosmo City today, spoke to Willie Odendaal, I explained the situation to him. Willy went off at me, he told me I should refer the matter to the person who installed the air-conditioners. He also mentioned that they do not have installers at their warehourse. He went on to mention that I should have gone to their website to read about the warranty. I explained to him that I paid cash for unit, in fact I bought 2 units, and that it was never explained to me that I had to go the website to read up on this. As mentioend, I never really bothered with the unit after it was installed as I never have use for it and I am harldy home. What shocking service I received from him.</p>
