I ordered and paid for an item on 01/09/2020, I still have not received my order and when I ask when it will be arriving I cannot be given a straight answer the lady is Janelle her number is ***. This was supposed to be a birthday gift for a very special little girls and now months after her birthday she still has not received her present. Up to date 24/11/2020 still have not received the item I ordered or received a refund of my money, after I have requested a refund numerous times. This is shocking for a Christian based business that are supposed to be instilling Christian values in children, just to turn out to be dishonest *******. Please do not do any business with these people, how many other people have they ****** from.
