DISGUSTED BY BRIAN'S BEHAVIOR AA SO CALLED HEAF WAITER AT JESSICA'S RUIMSIG

Disgusted by service from a so called senior waiter is out of this world. I was at Jessica's in Ruimsig this afternoon, ordered a kiddies waffle feom a Brian guy and waited 45 minutes whilst my child patiently waited for the order going to play and coming back to check still nothing. Asked the guy if he placed thw order and he confirmed yes.. waited another 15 min and my child was at this point getting impatient, asked him again he said he's coming back within 2 minutes he disappeared. Found another waiter who confirmed the order was not placed and that we had been waiting for nothing and he then placed the order for us. I saw the Brian guy and asked him what happened which he was not remorseful for and did not even apologize for instead walked back in and laughed out loud making me stupid and feeling like I should not be here. This guy has the worst attitude behavi5it is not the first time this happens with him and something needs to be done because his attitude stinks.he needs to know respect customers
