They took a deposit of R360 000. It took them one year to deliver the lift. They then stripped the parts and used the parts in another project, thus leaving us with an incomplete lift.

Martin Jessen liquadated Jessen Elevators, created Jessen Lifts and put his daughter Malou Jessen as a front to run another scheme.
