Poor Communication Skills.

I've had quite an unpleasant experience with Jess 'Ography.

She offered to take our wedding photos for free as she is still busy with her portfolio and we were willing to give her a chance. We offered to at least pay for her traveling expenses to capture our wedding in Heidelberg, Gauteng.

We had contact on the day she offered her services for free and never again after that. In September I contacted her to ask if I can share some photos which we like that we would like captured on our wedding day as we were having a "different" wedding regards to traditions.

She never came back to or even read my message.

In early October unfortunately due to personal reasons we had to cancel our wedding (March the next year). She only read my messages (the one where I was asking politely to send some ideas without taking over, and the one where I had to cancel the wedding) and never responded to my messages.

I feel this is very poor communicating skills coming from someone who is supposed to be professional.
