HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Horrible service. Terence promised to give us our order by Thursday. when we call he keeps changing dates. eventually we went there on Monday because he was no longer answering our calls and we were met by Grant Page who told us that he cannot force Terence to answer our calls. furthermore when we went back on Tuesday he began shouting and screaming at us in the reception area. pointing at us and telling us never to bring our business to them again.
