Jerry's Doors (workmanship / faulty repairs)

I contacted Jerry to replace my garage doors. He had previously installed the garage door motors and I thought he may do a decent job.<br> <br> To my dismay he did a terribly shoddy job. The existing door frame was ruined as the new doors were wider. He did not inform me that the new doors had no locks so I cannot manually operate them. He replaced the circuit board on the one garage door that had previously worked fine since, apparently, he could not program the existing motor onto the new remotes. The other motor also had to have a new power supply fitted.<br> <br> The one motor does not respond to the remote from outside the garage which kind of defeats the purpose. The other garage door was working okay but now does not open at all.<br> <br> We have arranged for him to come have a look twice and he just does not pitch without even calling.<br> <br> So now we have two inoperable garage doors that cannot be used manually since there are no locks fitted.<br> <br> Rather use someone else.
