worst service ever

<p>Ordered a promotional beer there only to be told they dont know how to register it on the system, after telling the manager of the incident he presumed to have massive attitude and speak of us while we could still hear him to other staff members, this is the second time we have had issues at this venue particularly with the very arrogant manager and will not be returning to the blouberg branch, we love jerrys but the attitude at this branch stinks and for a franchise that is amazing something needs to be done here</p>
