Less than Mediocre Service

Today my husband and I craved for some good burger and decided to go to Jerry’s Burger Bar in Blouberg

When we arrived we were not given the freedom to choose where we want to be seated. We normally sit at the comfortable window seat. The waitress said two people can’t sit at a 6 seater, even though my husband and I have sat there before. So we obliged to be seated in a less comfortable area. And Did I mention the restaurant was empty.

Now we were okay with it until not to long after, two people came along and were happily seated in the area we wanted to sit in. When we asked the waitress why they can and we can’t she said they have more people joining them later...which never happened.

I go to a restaurant to relax and have a good time. But when theres so many rules (THAT ONLY APPLY TO SOME) it leaves a bitter taste in your mouth.

We’ve always gone back to Jerry’s because of their great burger, but the service is always questionable.
