Bad experience at Jerry's Burger Bar Stellenbosch

We went to Jerry's in Stellenbosch last month. We were 4 people. Myself and my partner had burgers, and our two friends shared nachos. Upon asking for more water, my partner was told they have a "one glass per customer policy". Although I can understand this if a patron is not eating anything, as eating customers I think this is ridiculous. How can you stop someone ordering water at your restaurant?? The nachos our friends ordered was also terrible. It was dry, and was mostly just pineapple and lettuce. The only good thing about the evening was that at least myself and my partner had good burgers. Would not recommend though.
