Bad service

They sold me a car on 09/09/2018 that was involved in an accident and they never informed me that the car was involved in an accident and on 15/09/2018 the car started overheating as the fan stopped working, I then called the salesman named wisdom to help me as he is the one I bought the car from, he was not willing to help me on that day and told me to come during the week. Today I went there and I spoke to the owner and negotiated that I be given another car and he says that he can't help as I didn't buy the car from him yet I payed the money into his account
