Jerman Autos sold me a rebuilt car as a 2nd hand, after i had specifically told them i do not want a car with previous damage, and they said the car still had the VW Manufactuirers warranty. The problems surfaced when i took the car for a brake change at VW, thereafter i took it to panel beater just to make sure and turns out i had been conned. i had to get Jeppestown police assistance for them to accept this car back but its been 11 months now and am still paying instalment and they keep telling me they dont have money to settle the car with the bank. <br> am now also paying for a lawyer the help with theis case.<br>
