False advertising and dishonesty.

JERMAN AUTO aka SIGNATURE MOTORS advertised a false vehicle price on www.cars.co.za, and the dealership is very shady, I’ve been trying to by the vehicle on finance, I requested for them to send the OFFER TO PURCHASE, so I could forward it to my personal banker who would take care of everything but they don’t do that, they prefer doing their own paperwork, which was a bit odd. I eventually figured I might as well go through with it because I like the vehicle, so I engaged with them again, sent all my documents through and they told I’ve been approved for R306 000 and must come through to sign the deal, I queried the approved amount but they couldn’t give me a clear answer, one of they’re guys told me it was the “banks paperwork and stuff”, meaning the bank added they’re own charges on top of the high interest rate. After almost three weeks of the runaround, because I refused to continue any further with the contract when their “lawyer” called me to draw up a contract, even though they couldn’t explain anything about the new amount, they sent me the following email

“Good day sir , this bakkie is going for 296000 on cash price ,but if u are taking it on finance we add 10,000 on every finance deals cos we also take the car to dekra and other expenses including servicing the car to make sure everything is in other before we can deliver to client so that is it we the dealership is giving u the bakkie on 306000 price thanks”

I tried to find the above mentioned terms and conditions but to no success. I feel like they were trying to take me for a ride, they have a very shady way of doing business.
