do not buy cars from Jerman Auto / Donald motors

I recently was searching for a Hyundai i20 in JHB when i came across a car for sale on [URL Removed] from Jerman Auto also under the listing of Donald motors in 266 Albertina Sisulu Street Jeppestown . when i went to view the car i was told that it had been repossed by the bank and it had been in the panel beaters for minor scratches on the side but they reassured me that it had never been in an accident .. when it came down to the day witch i was going to purchase the vehicle they were persistent that it had already been and had passed roadworthy and had some certificate to prove it and that it was ready and we should go through with payment i realised something was fishy when i requested to go get a independent roadworthy from dekra auto in edenvale for a Multi-Point Check Vehicle Technical Inspection at my own expense .the people a Dekra were extremely helpful and informed me that the car had been rebuilt and that the airbags had blown and had not been replaced needless to say the car failed every test miserably and would've cost an additional R40 000 to get the car to pass roadworthy .. and the roadworthy certificate that they had produce earlier at Jerman auto was **** :(
