CAR DEALERSHIP INCOMPETANCY

I bought a car HYUNDAI VELOSTER that was advertised on CARS4SALE in September 2018, i went all the way from my home town to Johannesburg to sign my contract and i sat at their offices for over 9hours waiting for the contract, final i got the car with AA report and all was approved only tyre was changed but replaced with an old one still, When i got home i took a car to the dealer and they inspected it and there were many faults, i paid over R10000.00 fixing it and after a month i got a call from Cynthia DUNLO Motors saying that the bank (MFC) have decided not finance my car anymore so i have to return the car to the dealership (Jerman) i told the lady the costs i had spend on the vehicle and now i have to return it back and decided to call MFC to find out what happened and they told me they were busy assessing Jerman Motors so all the application were placed on hold and some of them they have already cancelled, i then contacted the Dealer (Donald-sales-Man from Jerman) and asked him when should i return the vehicle seeing that the Bank is not going to finance it he told me to hold on to the car they will see what they can do, waited for few weeks and finally a Lady (Yolandi)from Middel Motors called and came all the way to my hometown with a new contract which was over R65000.00 from the original amount i app**** for, but i did sign it and seeing that i was going to pay more than what i originally app**** for i have decided to inform her about all the costs i have spend to fix car problems and she said i must send all my reciepts to her she will discuss it with the Dealership (Michael) to refund me, i have been going back and fourth between Yolandi and Michael for weeks now i still havent received my refund, No copy of signed contract, No documentation to register the vehicle, i have been stressing for months with a simple car purchase and am tired of the service so far, either i return the car and get all my money back or they start to take me seriously
