Bad service from jerman auto

This car dealership is ***** They sold me a Kia Rio 2016 model code 2 accident damaged without disclosing to me

The car started giving me problems and overheating 1 week after purchase which was on 14/09/2018 I called the dealership and said I want to return the car back but they refused and said I must go and sort myself out The car had a small accident and my insurance assessed it and found that the car was a cut and join and can’t be fixed as it’s dangerous to drive such a car My case is now with SA consumer complaints
