Poor Customer Service once lease is over!

Exceptionally pathetic customer service - She speaks to you like you are 5 years old, no self-control, no proper business ethics. Disgusting service! She is super kind and helpful when we need a service, once we pay for it, that's another story. My husband could not deal with her as he said she is unprofessional, so i took over and she spoke to me very poorly. I would not recommend her services to anyone at all. I have dealt with a number of rental agencies, none as unprofessional as she is.
