Non Responsive Feedback & Poor Client Service

<p>I have dealt with this institution for quite some time now and have placed several different orders with them of late.</p> <p> </p> <p>Recently I was informed that they will not be stocking Jericho (by Paloma) products in SA any longer and was shofted to another subsequent supplier based in Johannesburg, who is non-responsive and ultimatley has none of the stock I require. In hind sight this supplier based in Jhb is of no use to me as a distributor of this product.</p> <p> </p> <p>I received clearance emails from Jericho Skin Care (based in PE) indicating reduced pricing etc, to which I have rep**** and responded to on numerous occassions with my intent to place orders with them.</p> <p>To date, I have not received any form of communication re: the orders, a quote or informing me of the avialability of the so called "clearance stock".</p> <p>Claire Koen, who is the Sales Consultant within this firm ignores my emails and does not respond to any orders placed.</p> <p> </p> <p>As a Director of a firm I find this extremely unprofessional as I have always been committed to the product and the distribution level.</p> <p> </p> <p>I find it very disturbing to note that emails and orders from this entity is ignored, and feel that this should be brought to the attention of the South African public. </p>
