JER AUTO worst company ever to buy/sell a vehicle

I had the worst experience ever with the second hand car dealer JER AUTO in springs. I sold (traded a vehicle that was still financed for a paid off vehicle) and the following happened. 1. They delayed with the settlement which caused the bamk to debit the installment from my account(for a vehicle thats no longer mine) 2. They delayed to send me the paperwork for the new vehicle i bought from them ( long over the 21 day grace period for expire ld licenses) that caused me to get a fine. 3. They got a fine with the vehicle that I sold them, and never paid it
