Jepep oval

Helo peter am having a big problem here at Jeppe oval the maintenance guy edward dos not take me seriouly.,the drains are not working in my room i havve use a besin buti i pay ecah and very mothh i feel uselesss.When i raise my point as this maintenance guy sats i should out.Poor sevice
