unfair payments

I suspect foul play by this school with specific reference to monies paid by parents. My nieces IT diploma ended up costing me a hand and an arm. They're always wanting us to pay extra monies for everything. As it is we are to pay 2000 for graduation ceremony that even excludes academic regalia how is it possible after paying such a lot of money for two full years. The finance office is occupied by rude and arrogant stuff who can't even explain anything properly. I want an audit of the tuition fees I've paid because I'm convinced I paid more than what is should have paid. Their practices leave much to be desired for a South African tertiary institution. I'm also taking this matter up with the ministry of higher education. There's three more parents with the same concern of a school that milks parents money like this. They have proof of my overpayment but it's such a pain to refund me. If I owed them my child would have been locked out of school denied to attend. This is not on there's not transparency. IT students wrote the so called external exam which I'm so suspicious about and we paid extra money over and above the tuition fees. South Africa should know about this.
