Horrible service

<p>The learner was suppose to write physics exam at 9 today but he could not write because he doesnt have this month access card yet he has a proof of payment that shows he paid last week Friday. He is also going to miss English exam at 12:30 today because the qeueu is long. The staff decided to close their accounts office door and told learners who have proof of payment pnly to wait aside because it will take so much time to scan thir details on the system. What kind of bull**** is that? He has been there since in the morning. After he informed me, I contact the school but the lady who answered the phone was very rude and hung up on me. She told me about last month statement. Why would you want a previous statement when you have everything on record or does this mean your students fees record are not up to date.</p> <p> </p> <p>Their system is totally bull**** and very slow. What even irks me more is the fact that the child fees are up to date, he missed the exam because of their stupid access card system. Every month a child have to go through the same thing. They now want him to go and speak to the principal about why he missed the exam when it is their fault. They know it is the first week of month, why did they not make another plan for learners? </p> <p> </p> <p>At the end of the day, they will be the one calling parents saying that the child missed the exam while they failed to assist learners with access to exams. At Jeppe College, they are so good with calling parents to report something regarding the child conduct. If they are disorganised like this, I wonder what will happen during Matric Re-write examination. </p>
