Bad Service

My daughter completed her N6 in Business Management at Jeppe College of Commerce in November 2017 at the Main Campus ( CNR Marshall and Nugget ) in Joburg and up until now she hasn't received her certificate. When I enquired from the lady in admin she told me that the reason why is because she wrote different modules at different times so I asked her why its taking them the whole year to compile her modules and for my daughter to get her certificate she couldn't answer me and when I demanded to talk to the Director of the college she just told me with an attitude that he is not available. My daughter was supposed to graduate in October so how do I pay money for graduations if she hasn't received her certificate. I don't owe them any fees all I want is my daughter's certificate.
