Nurse unkind and not doing her job.

I went to the clinic 04 October 2019 on a Friday. The nurse lady that was attending to sick people, came out and made an announcement that others are here just for doctors note, so when you come to see her, she is not a police officer, if you want a sick note, you must just come in and say so instead of just collecting medicine that you will not use, she will give you what you want.

I went in and told her what my issue was, she was just so unkind. after telling her what was my bother she asks me- what are you here for, i then repeated and then she just stood up and started preparing an injection, and with an attitude just called me to inject me by the bedside. very unkind. Then she gave me tablets and told me what they for. i then asked her what the injection was for, she just mentioned uncalmly it was for another issue i mentioned. Then with them she was now on the phone. I just left whilst she is still on the phone, i stood a bit waiting to ask her where is my clinic paper which she used to write the consultation.

I didn't expect such, that's why i didn't even know what to do or say. I later thought maybe she thought i was one of those who wants a sick note. I never even needed a sick note, i took a day off work and prepared to go to the clinic.

For one she never even checked me or asked any question regarding what I told her. She just gave me an injection without explaining, if i never asked her, i would have never known what is for. I feel she has violated my rights and undermined my person.

Some of us we are genuine and we go to the clinic because we have challenges, the list she could do is be kind. Why does she chose to work with people if she doesn't have a heart to do so?
