Jeppe Clinic Security Guards acting on behalf of Nurses-returning patients from the entrance before seeing nurse

The clinic is doing things that are not allowed by the law. The security guards are the people who stand on the door and ask you what is wrong with you? Why you want to get inside? What are you sick of? These are the questions that are not allowed to be asked by the security guards, these questions should come from the nurse or sister. The guards will then return you back if you say for example a headache for two weeks and it is not stopping. They are returning a lot of people before seeing the nurse. This is totally ********.
