Bad service

I am 32 weeks pregnant I’ve been here since 7:30 I am still here ,a nurse that is assisting us just went on lunch and locked the door she didn’t even bother looking at us or telling us how long she will be gone for .For goodness sake we are pregnant we are tired and hungry .Isnt there anyone else who can release her
