Useless

I purchased 3 garage door with automation ( 2 double Doors and 1 single) from Jenrick Doors about this time last year. I had to pay a 65% deposit before they would install, this (paying a deposit) I have learnt is par for the course and on doing some investigating I found that they have been around for some time, so I went ahead and paid. Well thats when it all started going wrong and I got one excuse after another when it came to the installation. i.e. truck was broken staff didn't come to work, then the bakkie broke down. After a lot of aggravation and problems the doors were finally fitted. <br> <br> A few months on and the one door stopped working in the open position. On investigating I found the the cables on the side of the door and come adrift. I called Jenrick doors to let them know and was told they would be out the next day to do the repair. Well then again the stories started and 4 days later they finally came out to do the repair.<br> <br> I then noticed that on the one double door the bottom panel was coming apart. I called Jenrick to let them know and 5 weeks on with ALL the STORIES in world they are still a no show, on the repair or replacement panel.<br> <br> Very un-professional company
