Paid for Doors but did not get the installation

On February 22nd I ordered two Garage doors and paid a deposit, The installation date was booked for Wednesday February 24th, They totally let me down and everyday I phoned they always told me tomorrow. On Friday March 4th Lara told me the team is already on the way to install. Nobody showed up and by Friday afternoon I cancelled the order and told them to Refund my money. Since then I phoned twice a day and left messages but no one called back yet.<br> They had now more than two weeks too install the doors and I did not received any money or doors
