Horrible service

We purchased a garage door from Genrick Doors at which time they quoted us R1400 for installation. We asked them to hold on to the door for a while b/c we were in the process of completing building. When time came for install, the installation was suddenly going to cost R1900 and R500 extra for the motor install and suddenly the motor was not good enough and needed to be replaced also. Then she changed her story again and said the motor is fine and she would give us a discount on the install. She charged R900 for the motor install R1900 for the garage door install and gave us R400 discount so it came to the R500 for the install of the motor that she told me. We decided to go with a different service provider to install the door since these people were giving us the run around. We asked to pick up the door and got told it still had to be wrapped, then later got told they still needed a part and when we were there to collect the door they still didnt have everything available so we had to re-schedule install. They delivered the door only for us to find that no nuts/bolts were included in the kit and a hinge was missing. Lara has excuses for everything and is not returning any calls
