Dishonest, unreliable, bad service

<p>They charged a good amount for reviewing my garage door, but when it gave trouble the next day, they have not responded. I can call them, they say they'll call back.</p> <p>They've promised 3 times now to come check the problem, each time I've got stood up.</p>
