Bad service, Dont keep promises, incompetence

On the 22nd March we called Jenrick to replace a motor for a garage door. The motor was replaced. Shortly afterwards the motor burnt out. Jenrick said the motor was incorrect and replaced it again. The garage door however is weighted incorrectly and is to heavy to open manually. This was never a problem before. After 3 months the garage is not working properly despite lots and lots of calls and promises made that havent been kept. This is really exceptionally BAD service and lack of expertise and integrity.
