Jenny Jack Loans Company

Good day!

I would like to lodge a complaint against a loan's company from which I have app**** for a loan.

They are know as the Jenny Jack Loans Company. I app**** for a loan with them only to find out that there are all sorts of extra's that needed paying for. I would like you to investigate this company if possible? My Loan agreement with them is attached, which they forwarded to me.

I paid the extra money which they required for the loan installment, only to be forwarded with another document claiming more money. As I understand it, no company, according to the NCR is allowed to charge you fee's to obtain a loan on your behalf?

Needless to say, I never saw the money, after all this.

The account details of which I was to pay the "fee",and did as follow:

Please could you investigate the matter as I am obviously now a ****med member of public?
