Unsatisfactory service and attitude
Unsatisfactory service - they dont know how to do home visits, they bring no mat, equipment for a stroke patient, expected him to get on the floor when he is paralyzed on his right side. DONT PROMISE A SERVICE YOU CANT DELIVER.

30 Sept 2021, 12:56Hi Tracy. We take all feedback from our patients very seriously and we are obsessed with constant improvement, and we will do the same with yours. However we must correct some of your comments. 1. We do home visits all the time and have developed the technology and skills to achieve good patient outcomes and we do just that. 2. Equipment is NOT a prerequisite for functional rehab and the decision not to use equipment was a clinical one taken by the qualified healthcare professional at the time. What is most disappointing however is that this service was delivered in May 2021, you have never raised this with us until now and only after we have demanded that the payments owed to the practice since May be paid, which seems disingenuous at the very least If this was about service you would surely have raised it in May. We will however take on the comments and continue our quest to improve.
