Poor service and ********* practice from this company

I took my vehicle in for repairs. They said after one week to collect my vehicle, as it was finished only to find out the next day when my onboard computer told me the part was faulty again. I then was told they didn’t replace the part. They wanted to first get the money from the warranty company first ( which is actually against the warranty companies policy) they furthermore said that they would call me to bring in vehicle to replace part, but non of this was told to me... I do not reccomend taking your vehicle to this workshop. In my opinion very unprofessional conduct. Poor service delivery.
