Huge mistake to order from this company

I ordered a bracelet for my sister's birthday at the beginning of June. She still has not received it. I have emailed and phoned the company but nobody will respond to my simple question: When can she expect this to arrive? Nothing on the site indicated how long shipping would take. At this point I just want a refund. If that doesn't happen, maybe it will arrive for Christmas!! Never again with this company!!!!
