No Power, No Service, No Backup

Superbly dissatisfied. You are a service provider which clients pay for, yet during loadshedding your service is down and your call centre just says it is due to no power. Your customers have electrical backup supplies during loadshedding(and so should you - this is South Africa), and thus they would like to continue their day to day activities, but apparently you can not provide the required services to allow them to do so. As a service provider it is your responsibility to ensure that you can deliver your service regardless of unforeseen circumstances. You most certainly have security companies monitoring your high sites, will you be satisfied if you pay them but they simply don't monitor your high sites during loadshedding, causing you to lose all your infrastructure when there is burglary?
