Damaged shirts

Last I bought two similar shirts with different colours for R599 each at Jenni button woodlands in Pretoria East. The shirt started to tear on the hands and I took it to a tailor to try to fix it, the other day, while wearing it I tried to pull it down since I was wearing a skirt , it got teared again. The other day I was wearing the other one tried to pull it down as well but also got teared. I was do hurt, I took them back to Jenni button three weeks ago, the manager Dudu told mr she was gonna show them to her seniors. Then I phoned to hear the feedback, she told me that she was told that there is nothing they could do since they do no longer have them in their stock. What hurts me most is my friends and I have loyal customers to Jenni button, always buying clothes for special occasions there but now I got a very raw deal from them. I will never ever buy from that store ever again, EVER , I'd rather buy from Hilton Weighner
