I have just had the worst experience of my life with a supplier. As someone who also works in the business of customer service, Jenna's treatment of myself and my family was hostile and agreesive to say the absolute least. We arrived at 10h00 on time for our appointment. Upon our arrival we were not greeted but instead told about her next appointment. She made no effort to greet of befriend my 7month old daughter (the subject of this shoot) instead she was in a rush and therefore was unable to communicate the direction of the shoot efficiently. Due to her inability to articulate herself properly she then became highly irratable, patronizing and rude. We then got into a verbal argument which consisted of me expressing my disdain in her tone, and resulted in Jenna physically shoving me in an attempt to storm off. She continued to raise her voice and scream even after I had reprimanded her for speaking in a faul manner in front of my daughter.

There is no other reason I can think of but that of the colour of my skin that made her act that way. My daughter is a warm spirit who is welcomed everywhere she goes and shudder to think that this most probably was her first experience of ******. At the very least Jenna is not a child friendly photographer - funny for someone who specializes in this field.
