Bad Service

Please assist me I have paid Neil Maritz to draw up my plans in May 2018 R 6,500 up till today he has been giving me excuses one after another. When I contacted him today he said the money I have aid him was for him to draw plans only, he is doing me a huge favour by submitting these plans to the municipality. He is a **** he needs to be put out of business
