NEIL MARITZ *********

I was looking for a company to do building plans for my house. I got an add posted on Gumtree Jenicol Architectural designers. Neil Maritz is the person and owner that came to me and said that he is an architect and he will do my house plans. He charged me R 7500. After he came to my house and did his measurements like he is an architect he said that he will get in contact with me and he called non stop to get the money, saying the plans are difficult and he has submitted it to City of Cape Town. I paid him and heard nothing of him for a week. I called SACAP (South African council of Architectural professionals), and they said that this man is not registered to perform or pose as an architect. It is *******. I also went to FNB and reported this *****. SAP currently have lodged a case also. If you come across NEIL MARITZ do not do business with this man. He is a ***********. He look decent but that is his game he is doing this for a long time. Look on Facebook **** and ***** and other Helopeter articles. He has de*****ed many people. He need to be stopped.
