Dangerous and pathetic electrical work

<p>We have a contracted and registered electrician, Nelius van Heerden of Jeneco Electrical, who is contracted to da electrical meter installation and move certain feeds to the meter. His work is incomplete, we have wires all over the wall, the DB is open. Worst od all he will not complete the work as he is to busy. His one client is MTN so this should be a warning to them.</p> <p> </p>
